We deliver to anywhere with the UK Mainland.

However, we are unable to ship overseas, including the following:

  • Northern Ireland
  • The Channel Islands
  • The Scottish Isles
  • Internationally

  • Post & Packaging Charges

  • Orders up to £25.00: ( £4.95 ) + Low Order Fee *
  • Orders up to £50.00: ( £6.95 )
  • Orders up to £99.00: ( £7.95 )
  • Orders over £100.00: ( £0.00 ) Free

  • Low Order Fee

    * We as wholesalers need to apply a low order fee of £5.00 on orders less than £25.00. This is to recover the cost and time for picking from packs of 12 and repackaging single bottles.

    Normal Delivery Times

  • Alcoholic Miniatures (off the shelf): 3 - 5 working days
  • Personalised Miniatures: 10 working days
  • Large orders may take longer, depending on stock levels

  • N.B. Delivery Address

    Please offer a delivery address where there is somone on hand to receive your order, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. The contract you make with us is for us to deliver your order safely to your delivery address. The assuption, on the part of our couriers, is that you have given your delivery address, because there is someone on hand to sign and receive your order.

    Any redirection will only be made on the understanding that this is an extra expence, which must be borne by the customer and not the courier.

    Damaged or Defective Goods

    You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us within 7 days. Important. Where outer packaging is clearly damaged in transit please ensure that if you accept the delivery you sign the delivery note "Damaged Consignment". This would help us greatly with regards to any claim that may arise.

    Unwanted Goods

    In accordance with the new European Directive on distance selling, which has been incorporated into U.K. law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Act) Regulations 2000, you as the consumer have the right to cancel your order with us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Day one to be the day after you receive the goods. You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us, all other monies (less the original delivery cost) will returned within 30 days date from cancellation, on the understanding that the goods are returned in the condition of which they are received. If we have not received our goods back within that time, the Regulations allows us to deduct what it would cost us to retrieve the goods from you the consumer.

    Special Orders

    Personalised, custom made or specially ordered products may not be returned except pursuant to your statutory rights. Your statutory rights are not affected by "Just A Glass" company policy. Please contact Just A Glass if you have any further questions. Just A Glass reserves the right to alter any of these terms.
