Balblair 2000 is bright gold in colour with malty aromas of juicy pears, pineapples and green apples. There are also fragrant hints of honey and vanilla that come from the long years of maturation in American ex-bourbon oak casks.
On the palate there are plenty of sweet, honeyed, floral notes that combine with hints of succulent coconut and rich spices all of which lead to a smooth, long lasting warming finish.
