Columba Cream Miniature

This skilful blend of Scotch single malt whisky, cream and honey, creates an exceptionally smooth liqueur based on a centuries-old family recipe for brose. Originally, brose was a traditional Scots family drink made daily using ingredients readily available on the croft - whisky, oatmeal, cream, sometimes honey, and sometimes fruit. By adapting this family recipe over the years, and settling at an abv of 17%, we believe a perfect blend has been achieved.
